The day after

Well I can tell you just from watching, the course played totally different than it did the previous morning. The greens weren't holding a ball and the speed was ever changing. I only got to watch the first 9 holes, started on #10 then coming up #18 I had to go get the girls because daycare was over at 5pm and it was c conveniently located off of 18. So, I got the girls and we watched Kel putt 18 and walked him over to #1 and watched him tee off and the girls wished him good luck. Then we went back to the bus ( a whole other story about how our inverter isn't working to keep the batteries charged) and watched on the computer. I kept thinking the stupid score guy must of put in the wrong score on #3, but he didn't. I was nervous to pick Kelly up to say the least. I was waiting in the Jeep in the middle of the whole clubhouse & NW truck and golf ch truck area, the main hub of everything. I see Kelly walking off #9 and headed for the clubhouse, so I whistle at him and he looks up and sees& hears the Jeep ( a hole in the muffler makes a lovely sound on our eye soar of a car)and just shakes his head in shame and walks off. Ka Bully, his caddy came over and I asked him what happened. He said #2 started it, it was a lost ball, then #3 was another lost ball and it was over after that. #2 took the wind out of his sail, he said. If I'd still been watching there would of not been a lost ball, much less two in a row. the guy that was watching for balls and marks them with a flag for the golfer to see, said " I heard it, but never saw it." That is your whole stupid job you idiot. Thanks! Wish I could of been there. Thank goodness for the Bubba Dickerson, when I drove up, Kelly threw or launched his bag out of the blue turd and Bubba was already picking them up before I could mouth a thank you. I left them to talk and joined the girls playing in Greg Bitterly's , the caddy on J.Schultz bag, bus since our air couldn't run and it was hot in our bus. (Another issue for this morning that involves the batteries)
Greg went out and helped with Kelly's clubs. It's nice traveling with other people that have gone through what his been through and live the same kind of ups and downs. So, later we all sat around and drank and talked about living the life of a golfer, a caddy and being the wifes of them.
Last nights plan KG came up with is I apparently have to work on my resume and get a real job and Kelly is going to work on cars or stay home and take care of the girls depending on how much I can make. Hopefully after he sleeps it off we will be back on our regular golf path. Now we can take our time to drive to MO and not have to rush Sunday night to get there for Monday morn pro-am. I'm hoping we can stop at our favorite cheese factory, Osceola, in MO and our favoirte vineyard there, St. James. Got to go wake sleeping beauty and eat some breakfast and start a new day. Just wanted the KG fans to know what happened to their buddy yesterday. Thanks for always loving him no matter what.

There's no knockouts in golf, only standing-8 counts. Now touch gloves and box.
